NRI investing in ASBL broadway:

Hi, I’m an NRI, I plan to move to hyderabad in 4 years. So, I’ve taken EOI for a flat in Asbl Broadway, I had few doubts, So I’m starting this thread to connect with other NRIs and what do they think about broadway.

1. Is anyone else buying it for end use? Can we connect

2. If i want to put it on rent, what is the expected rental yield in the area? Is it worth investing in long term

3. Is it good time to invest or I should wait for 1 or 2 yr?

ASBL Broadway is a premium gated community in Gachibowli’s Financial District featuring three high-rise towers with 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments. It includes top-tier amenities such as clubhouse, co-working lounges, sports facilities, swimming pool, and landscaped open areas https://www.bhumiboss.com/project/9349f9e6-1425-42f6-8ddc-502e7a863f9f

Need views on which location is best for investment between Neopolis and Financial District?
Abhijith
Financial district is a much better than neopolis at present , neopolis need atleast 6-7 years to match the infra of FD even then it won't have commercial spaces, so working population will be mainly in FD. Every sales guy will say is neopolis is better but believe be they are just projections.
Ganesh219
Infra of Neopoils will be much better than FD
Aswani87
Not with congress, Neopolis is just great on paper

With this India–US trade deal being discussed, I think it’s the best time to invest in India
Malvikaarora
Yeah, same here. If this deal really goes through, I think more foreing investment will come to India, and the rupee might slowly get stronger.
Suchintanapatra
already been projected by BofA
Arjungaddamedi
But do you really think that deal will happen? Trump doesn’t make things easy we all know
Muralidhar
How is rental demand in the area?
Ravindersingh
You can get 3%-4% rents around 70k-80k in current market,
Suchintanapatra
the demand here is constant due to commercial spaces nearby so it is not going down also
Malvikaarora
The deal is a give-and-take. India lowers some tariffs, US gets cheaper export. India, in return, attracts more investment.
Shebin
Actually india getting investment is just a consequence of the deal, it obviously favours US
abhinit97
Exaclty also this could result negatively after the tariff hikes maybe the gov is moving too fast to over come the loss
Anaycherukuri
Anyone else here investing from the Australia?
Suchintanapatra
Why do you think so?
Muralidhar
I don't think so they have been on this mission to increase investments from end of last year, for example cut in repo rates
Rkguptha
Anyone gotten update regarding rera?
Venugopal
Honestly, even if the deal takes time, dollar being this strong makes it worth investing now.

Current total trade with usa is $115 billion to reach $500 billion in five billion is not something unachievable, It's been already projected by current rate
