they have done 4-5 projects, out of which one has been delivered I think ASBL Lakeside and Spire is being delivered recently so imo i think they are doing good as a new real estate company

Ashoka Builders is a different company owned by ASBL CEO's father, i think that company works on commerical spaces but ASBL doesn't, it's a fairly new company.
