Yes, my friend bought a house in Myscape Isle of sky and told me most of the units are still unsold in Myscapes major projects, I don't think it helps them gain any trust, Also when i tried to search about it, the major drawback was transperancy, I can't find a single forum with clear insights about his property nor any updates.

Same, transparency is an issue i also faced other than that i heard there is a restaurant named Mamalola on myscape street, which plays loud music daily and hosts live bands on weekends and causes a lot of noise issues to the residents.

I agree their aesthetic designs are one of there major buyer attraction point, even in Song of the sun the design is done in such a way that is laverages sunlight and draws various patterns through reflection.

One of the point which I liked about Songs of the sone was it connectivity , it's startegic location allows it to to be connected to Nankramguda exit one one side and ISB road on other.
