This project is purely for end users. Imagine the inventory available at the time of handover in that area is massive. End users will definitely gets a good option with good price. investing 9499/- heard closing is at 8999/- for now also. Price increase is not possible for now and then i think as per their closings. thanks.

I think it's stil a good time for entry in financial district projects. Too soon to call it overpriced. i recall such discussions about being overpriced when the price was 6k in financial district. Now average base price is more than 10k in Financial District. There are always buyers for a good project, and the prices will always increase for these projects, this will reflect on the average prices of the location, but i think it's for you to determine a suitable projects for yourself and make a fast decision.

Yes that's correct. In fact this was always the most asked concern when there were interactions with the ceo. And he would explain that if the community is high density then, good vendors would come in to set up shop because footfall will be more and hence better lifestyle for the residents, moreover it's a 45 floors project, vertical construction is optimised, so the total usable area for the no. of residents is very good, and total land area on which project is built doesn't play a role there. there are sufficient no. of lifts and everything so density problems won't be there. And i agree with most of these things, just that things might get difficult during rush hours sometimes i assume.

should be only 5-8 minutes from ICICI bank, take the myscape road and then right towards keystone school road, you'll see the site.

Yes, i bought when the price was 8,499. The project is going good, there are monthly construction updates on youtube, pre emi interest reimbursements are also on time. Unit plans are similar to spectra, if you want to get an idea you can maybe visit spectra and construction quality in spectra is truly great, you can see it when you visit. Basically Spectra will be delivered 1 year before loft, and has slightly bigger units, but units plans are similar as i understand it.

Yes, spire was also handed over in time, one friend has bought in spire, he is also done with his home interiors. So builder reputaion and construction quality are good.

True, it's the only builder so rigid on the prices i guess. all builders have at least some margin of negotiation
