🏨 Hilton Hotel & Convention coming to Hyderabad Financial District by 2029 ✨:

Hilton has signed its second hotel in Hyderabad, this time right in the Financial District, ISB Road, opposite Prestige Tech Park. Here’s what’s confirmed so far:

Project Name: Hilton Hyderabad Resort & Convention Center

Target Opening: January 2029

Location: 6.5 acres in Financial District, Gachibowli (ISB Road)

Size: 304 rooms & suites

Convention Space: Over 60,000 sq. ft. among the largest in Hyderabad

Focus: MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and business travel

This comes shortly after Hilton’s first Hyderabad project, a resort at Genome Valley. That one is more leisure-focused, while this Financial District property is geared for corporate and event demand.

The move aligns with the broader hospitality trend: as per Radisson’s CEO, India’s branded hotel room supply is expected to grow by 7–10% annually, with potential to exceed 200,000 rooms in the near future.

The FD location puts Hilton close to key tech campuses, and adds capacity for large-format events right in the city’s business core.

Let’s see if the infra keeps up. After Microsoft 2 days ago one more big investment for financial district, this will be great for increasing areas value, I expect more such investment will gravitate after this towards financial district, also the builders are going to construct even for aggressively in the area which is all great until it doesn't becomes Bangalore 2 in terms of infra.
