EOI Given for ASBL Broadway – Looking for Real Feedback:

I’ve given EOI for asbl broadway, but still exploring upcoming projects in hyderabad like palma and wanted to know which would be a better choice. Honestly, I like the plans of Broadway more and at the end it's the unit plan where you'll spend most of your time, but palma is less dense. wanted to hear from people who’ve actually booked or have been tracking both projects closely. Any genuine inputs would really help.

They are charging for 2650 sft but almost 30% of it is for common area, what is the point of having this much common area

Hyderabad is still alright in this term, mumbai apartments have almost 40% as common are

I have also booked a 2650 unit and no 30% of area is not common, only around 24% is common if we add external wall than it becomes 31%, which is quite decent actually. Most of the builders are going upto 38% , these comments with no facts are the reason of reduction in resale value of flats.

I’m leaning towards ASBL mainly because they offer flexible payment structure. Since I’m currently staying on rent, the pre-EMI offer really makes a difference, I don’t have to pay both rent and EMI during the construction period, which would’ve been a big strain otherwise. Means, there’s some breathing space for the next 3 years as I’m not paying anything out of pocket right now, and I can even use that time to invest the money I’m saving. Financially, among all the new projects in that area payment plans of asbl just feels a lot more manageable I don't know why noone else is offering them.

Do you have any previous experience with them? Is the reimbursement done timely or they stretch it till last

Its my first experience with them but from whar people are talking about on whatsapp groups, they have done it timely

I have also invested in broadway but i think both projects are great for me its the location, it is easy to rent the flat in FD looking at number of employment here, rental growth is also good

Congrats to everyone who was waiting for broadway to get rera, just got a call from their executive that it received RERA! He said they'll connect again before encashing the cheque, and to explain future process.

They started at 8299 per sft and currently at 8899 per sft also they are not negotiating the price.
