Considering an Investment in ASBL Loft, Any Thoughts?

I’m currently weighing the decision to invest in the ASBL Loft project, but I’m not fully convinced yet. I know the location is prime like the fact that it is one of the only few early handover projects in Financial District and the returns are promising, but I have a few reservations. For those who know this project, builder or the area, I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether this could be a solid investment or if I should be cautious.

Would really appreciate some advice or insights, especially if you're familiar with ASBL’s previous projects or the market dynamics around here!

I’m a little cautious about the unit sizes, though. Some might find the compact designs less appealing, especially if you're planning to sell later. However, for rentals, it might still work since smaller units are often more affordable, which can attract a different kind of tenant looking to stay close to work.
