Any Info on Kairos by Kurra Infra ?

Been trying to find solid info on kurra kairos and honestly it’s pretty limited right now. no proper site plan or layout publicly available, which makes sense i guess since it’s still early stage.

Info that are clear are:-

Location - Nanakramguda, Financial District

Area - 3.24 acres

Floors - 48

Units - 238 units

Density - 70 flats/acre

Earlier approvals mention two high-rise towers with basements.

Completion timeline being talked about is Jan 2031, so this is a very long term. most of the info right now is coming from portals, not official brochures. floor plans are vague too, mostly mentions of large 4 bhks. feels like a wait and watch project till more clarity comes.

Or anyone has any other informations ?

70 flats/acre in FD is actually not crazy for a 48-floor thing. Sounds more “boutique high-rise” than mega township.

Yeah 238 units total is low compared to the usual 1000+ projects. Density looks ok on paper.

No site plan/layout publicly is what makes it feel shady-ish (or at least too early). Even early stage projects usually leak some masterplan.

Exactly. At least typical tower placement + entry/exit + amenities block should be visible somewhere, even if tentative.
