what is your view on bhuvi by vasavi buildox?:

I have been searching for a good project for my 1st house purchase. I have found a landowner share flat at Bhuvi by Vasavi Buildbox at the price of Rs. 45.14 L - 67.32 L which includes amenities and car parking. Builder promises the handover by Jan, 2030.

However, I feel a lot of work is yet to be done and it may take a bit longer.

What do you think of the project, builder, and location?
