it is on 100ft attapur highway, but parking issue is still present

Design is quite good, much better then all those squares with almost no balcony in financial district, kokapet etc.

I agree I liked the design and location is also good not yet overcrowded, it has great views, I get the concern about builder but I don't know why people are saying negative about design at all.

It is all just over paid marketting, do not trust them I have read reviews from all over bangalore, chennai hardly ever anyone said positive thing about them

read this: I have visited the site and Made a booking amount on Mar 9. In pre-launch stage, on April 10, I have asked to pay next 10 % amount without any legal verification. So I insisted to give all legal documents so that I will proceed with payment. The sales team agreed to give all the details on April 14, as agreed on both sides, we have made 10% payment on that day. But till date, I haven't received all the documents, every time bit and piece of document only. I have sent n no of mails till date, but there is no proper response. Suddenly I have received mail to next 25% payment without any prior information. I informed CRM team like after documentation verification only, we can proceed further. From may 19 to till date they force us to give late due payments fees even the issues is from their side. So don't BUY. till I need to get the legal documents from them, or else they will provide the fine amount at the time of handover. Any legal opinions?? What to do??
