Amenities - Gymnasium:

Sikhara One offers various useful amenities but Gymnasium? I think gated communities should provide common amenities which can be utillized by majority of residents, Gymnasium is waste of space and only a few kids will be using it, they must provide cricket net or other commonly used spaces, what are your thoughts?

i agree, utilizing spaces in gated communities carefully is so essential, not many people even kids will be using this area
